The first brewing has finished.

Our first brewing process since establishing the brewery is complete.

This was a challenging brew where failure was not an option, as it was for test brewing and for submitting as a sample for the Osaka Product Project review. We are pleased to report that it was completed successfully.

I am proud to say that the result is very satisfying.
