About Product Delivery

Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days of receipt.Please note that delivery dates may vary if there is a surge in orders or due to inventory levels.

Shipments from March to November are sent via cool delivery. Cool delivery may also be used as appropriate during other periods.

・Shipping fees:
Cool delivery is used from March to November. Honshu: 1100-1300 yen
Hokkaido: 1700 yen, Okinawa: 1900 yen
Standard delivery is used from December to February. Honshu: 900-1100 yen
Hokkaido: 1500 yen, Okinawa: 1700 yen

Free shipping for purchases of 12,000 yen (tax included) or more.
*For Hokkaido and Okinawa, free shipping for purchases of 15,000 yen (tax included) or more.

You cannot specify the shipping carrier.

･About Payment

The following payment methods are available:

1. Shopify Payments
Various credit cards can be used.

2. PayPal Payment

Payment can be made from your PayPal account.

3. QR Code Payment
You can pay directly from the app for online payments.

 

4. Convenience Store Payment (Prepayment)
After completing your order, please use the issued "payment number" to pay at a designated convenience store by the deadline. Once payment is confirmed, we will ship within 2 business days. 

 

5.Paidy Postpay (Convenience Store/Bank Payment by the 27th of the Following Month)

You can shop without registering a credit card.

 

6. Bank Transfer (Prepayment)
Once payment is confirmed, we will ship within 2 business days.

・The information provided in the "customer information" field will be used as your orderer information. In the customer information field, please provide your address and your individual name, corporate name, company name, store name, etc.

・Underage drinking is prohibited by law.

Please refrain from ordering alcoholic beverages if you are underage.
