■ Product Delivery Time and Shipping Method
After confirming your order (or payment for bank transfers), we will ship the product via our partnered delivery service within 2 business days.
Shipping Method: To maintain product quality, all products are delivered by "cool delivery (refrigerated)" except during winter.
■ Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Due to the nature of the product (perishable, requires refrigeration), we cannot accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer's convenience (ordering mistakes, taste preferences, etc.).
If a product is returned due to the customer's prolonged absence or refusal to receive, or if it is returned after the delivery company's storage period (cool delivery specified days) has passed, we will charge the full product price and round-trip shipping fees because the product cannot be resold due to its nature.
In the unlikely event of damage due to an accident during delivery, an incorrect product, or a clearly defective product such as spoilage, please contact us by email or phone within 4 days of product arrival. We will promptly exchange it for a replacement at our expense.

Delivered by cool delivery (refrigerated)
This product is unpasteurized "fresh sake," so it will be delivered by cool delivery to maintain its quality. Please store it in a refrigerator (below ○℃) immediately upon arrival.
Regarding the use of parcel lockers
Due to the need for proper temperature control, **we generally do not accept delivery to "parcel lockers" or "leave at door" (oki-hai)**. Please specify a date and time when you can reliably receive the delivery.
Regarding handling during absence
Since this is a perishable item, the delivery company's storage period is shorter than for regular packages. Please note that if the package is returned because it was not received within the storage period, we will not be able to refund the product price or resend the product.
