The Company may collect personal information such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, bank account number, and credit card number when customers purchase products from the Company, make inquiries, participate in events, or cooperate in surveys.
Credit card information is used by the payment company, and you can rest assured that the Company does not confirm or store it.

Article 3 (Purpose of Use of Personal Information)

The Company uses personal information for the following purposes:

When the purpose of use is changed, the Company shall notify the customer of the changed purpose by a method prescribed by the Company or announce it on this website.

Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the customer, except in the following cases. However, this excludes cases permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act and other laws and regulations.

  • When it is necessary for the protection of a person's life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual
  • When it is particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound upbringing of children, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual
  • When it is necessary to cooperate with a national agency, a local public entity, or a person entrusted by them in executing affairs prescribed by laws and regulations, and obtaining the consent of the individual may impede the execution of such affairs
  • When the following matters have been announced or published in advance, and the Company has notified the Personal Information Protection Commission
    • That the purpose of use includes provision to third parties

    • To cease provision of personal information to third parties at the request of the individual
    • Method of accepting requests from the individual

Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, in the following cases, the recipient of such information shall not fall under the category of a third party.

  • When the Company entrusts all or part of the handling of personal information to a third party within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use
  • When personal information is provided due to business succession due to merger or other reasons
  • When personal information is jointly used with a specific person, and the individual has been notified in advance or has been placed in a state where they can easily know the fact, the items of personal information jointly used, the scope of persons jointly using the information, the purpose of use of the person using the information, and the name or designation of the person responsible for the management of the personal information

Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

When an individual requests disclosure of personal information, the Company shall disclose it to the individual without delay. However, if disclosure falls under any of the following, the Company may not disclose all or part of it, and if a decision not to disclose is made, the Company shall notify the individual of that fact without delay. A fee of 1,100 yen (tax included) will be charged per request for the disclosure of personal information.

  • When there is a risk of harming the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the individual or a third party
  • When there is a significant impediment to the proper execution of the Company's business
  • When it would otherwise violate laws and regulations

Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, information other than personal information, such as history information and characteristic information, will generally not be disclosed.

Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

If personal information held by the Company is incorrect, the customer may request the Company to correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as "correction, etc.") the personal information through procedures prescribed by the Company.

If the Company determines that it is necessary to respond to the request from the customer in the preceding paragraph, the Company shall make corrections, etc. to the personal information without delay.

If the Company makes corrections, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or decides not to make corrections, etc., the Company shall notify the customer of this without delay.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information)

If the Company is requested by an individual to suspend or delete the use (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") of personal information on the grounds that the personal information is handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or was acquired by illicit means, the Company shall conduct the necessary investigation without delay.

If, based on the results of the investigation in the preceding paragraph, the Company determines that it is necessary to respond to the request, the Company shall suspend the use, etc. of the personal information without delay.

If the Company suspends the use, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or decides not to suspend the use, etc., the Company shall notify the customer of this without delay.

Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if the suspension of use, etc. would incur a large cost or is otherwise difficult, and alternative measures can be taken to protect the customer's rights and interests, the Company shall take such alternative measures.

Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

The contents of this policy may be changed without notifying customers, except for matters otherwise stipulated in this policy or by law.

Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised privacy policy shall become effective when posted on this website.
