"Kime Fuwari Risshun" is a unique creation born from a fusion of traditional Japanese techniques and modern craftsmanship.

"Fukurotsuri" Traditional Method Yields a Silky, Clear Brew

The moromi (fermenting mash) is carefully placed into sake bags, and only the drops that naturally fall by gravity, without any machinery or pressure, are carefully selected.

This extremely luxurious pressing method, known as "Fukurotsuri," produces a completely clear base sake with zero off-flavors, achieving a silky smooth drinking experience from the first sip.
